The Story

Most executives either know the boardroom or the field. Very few have spent 20 years in both — simultaneously — while building a family and running operations that most people only read about in reports.

Misty got her first real estate license at 19. She didn't wait for the right moment or the perfect opportunity — she created one. Shortly after, she became a mother for the first time, beginning a journey of building a career and raising a family side by side — developing the discipline and judgment that comes from having no margin for error in either role.

What sets Misty apart is not just what she has done — it's the combination of where she has done it. From walking a home and grading its condition at 7am to presenting to an ownership group or board by noon. From building vendor networks from scratch to managing a $2 billion portfolio. From the first transaction to the biggest turnaround.

That combination — field credibility and executive strategy, simultaneously — is genuinely rare. And rare is exactly what the organizations and individuals she serves need.

First Real Estate License

Entered the industry immediately and began building — not waiting for the right moment, creating it.

Built a full-service brokerage from nothing — creating HOA divisions, managing investor portfolios, building vendor networks, and leading maintenance teams across multiple markets.
